[ecf-dev] RemoteServiceAdmin implementation 
Hi Scott,

from looking at the code, it appears as if a lot of RSA code is copied
ans slightly modified from o.e.e.osgi.services.(distribution|discovery).
Does this indicate that the duplicate functionality in the old bundles
will be obsolete?
It would be great if you could outline what RSA is going to change WRT
the existing implementation.
