[ecf-dev] API usage report for Helios/Helios Simultaneous Release Compli

Hi,

for Helios we are required to hand in an API usage report and file
bugzillas for all non-API/internal usage. A report has been made
available [0] and the corresponding paperwork filed. Only one more item
to go and we will be ready for Helios from a bureaucracy POV. :-)
