[ecf-dev] ECF 3.3.0 will not install in helios

I just installed Helios M7 for RCP developers from the Eclipse
download site. Then I pointed p2 to
http://download.eclipse.org/releases/helios and selected ECF SDK

I got this message:

Cannot complete the install because of a conflicting dependency.
Software currently installed: Shared profile 1.0.0.1273190108346
(epp.package.rcp 1.0.0.1273190108346)
Only one of the following can be installed at once:
Eclipse for RCP/Plug-in Developers 1.3.0.20100427-1120

Anyone knows what this means?
