Yes, we cannot consume two repos with cvs but consuming as a binary makes sense to me.
I can meet Wed night .. this Tues night had work needing to be done. -ted

Why do you need to check out from two repos? Why not just consume the
eclipse.org bits as binary (e.g. from
ftp://rsync.osuosl.org/pub/eclipse/rt/ecf/3.5dailies3.2-repo/site.p2)
instead of rebuilding it again.
