[ecf-dev] Update: Specific Google Services provider for ECF

Hi all,

I completed the voice chat functionality of the Google Services provider for ECF which I am doing as my GSoC project this year. The following voice call functionalities are now fully supported by the Google Services provider.

• Call Initiation
• Get notified of incoming calls
• Accept / Reject incoming call
• Hangup active call
• UI to support the above functionaities

I have also updated the documentation related to the project which is hosted at http://wiki.eclipse.org/Specific_Google_Services_Provider_for_ECF
