[ecf-dev] conference call interuptus

Hi Folks,

This morning (Thurs 1530 UTC) we had an ECF conference call, but due to 
a conflict with another group using the same party line we had to end 
the call after 1/2 hour and so did not have a discussion about the 
version numbering strategy for ECF over the next release cycle.

I am unable to continue tomorrow (Friday) due to other commitments, but 
I would like to schedule another conference call specifically to discuss 
ECF versioning/version numbering.  I propose that we have a make-up call

Time:  1500UTC/8am pacific

If this day/time will *not* work for you, and you have strong feelings 
about this issue and wish to attend this call, please let me know and 
we'll try to come up with another alternative.
