What is the review process (N +1s?) for RC2 wrt bugs and patches?
According to the Ramp-Down Policy, for RC1 and beyond to address major
or critical bug it's 4 committer +1's.
For non-user visible bug fixes (that involve code or .mf or xml), lets
have 3 committers (committer applying fix and +1s from 2 other
committers). If it's docs, or properties only, 1 committer can apply
fix alone.
I'd suggest that all committers subscribe to the ecf-build at
eclipse.org mailing list for notifications about the automated build, as
well as the user-initiated builds.
