Hi Folks,

In order to address bug [1]  for p2/platform for Galileo, I'm going to 
have to introduce a small change in the ECF filetransfer API (a new 
exception class).  ECF is now under API freeze for the core and 
filetransfer, so by our own 3.0 ramp down policy [2] I need to request 
that three ECF committers review the fix once it's in place. I would 
like to do this quickly (i.e. before Monday's M7 build), so if 3 ECF 
committers could review the patch (which I expect to post 
tomorrow/Sunday pacific time) and give their approval I would appreciate 
it.  Please just add yourself to the bug 274632 if you are willing to do 
the review.
