No.  I don't know how they got there (in either case).  All of the 
org.eclipse.ecf * directories under org.eclipse.ecf.tests.storage should 
be removed. Since you are engaged in a dialog with the webmasters on bug 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=246012 would you please 
ask them to delete these directories in the rt repo?
