I will push this (and will probably implement it myself), but it doesn't 
seem of particularly high priority to me since people can get it with 
org.eclipse.ecf.provider.jmdns, and the overhead from the ECF provider 
is minimal anyway.

Although I'm hopeful that the fixes I've provided for JmDNS address many 
issues, there may be others (I've seen some strange/unreliable behavior 
in networks that publish *lots* of services...e.g. at JavaOne or 
EclipseCon), and I'll want to address those first.
