Hi Folks,

My apologies, but I need to *reschedule today's scheduled ECF conference 
call*.  I have an unexpected appointment.

I propose a change to later this week: 

Thursday, Nov 8 at Noon pacific.

If I don't see any major objections to this, I'll make the change on the 
wiki and send another announcement here.
