[ecf-dev] Pre-Europa build/test

Hi Folks,

I've produced what I hope to be a final test build of ECF for Europa. 
Please download/install/update and test if you can.  Please report any 
bugs, of course, and please raise any critical or blocker bugs as soon 
as possible.
