[ecf-dev] ECF plugin and feature clean up

Hi Folks,

Sorry about the cross post to higgins-dev and corona-dev, but ECF is 
doing some clean up of features and plugins...i.e. moving ones that are 
no longer being worked on to an archive area in the ECF cvs. 

The specifics of what we are planning on moving out of the main area are 
given here:

I wanted to check (particularly with higgins group as 
org.eclipse.ecf.sdo was being used for a time and it's on the move 
list).  Please note that these plugins will remain accessible, but will 
simply be moved to a new area (and they won't be supported any further 
as other plugins/API changes).

So please let us know if these changes cause a problem for anyone.
