Hi Erkki,

Where are you calling from?  The US has toll free...but the 
international is not toll free (unfortunately).

Some people in Germany (Mustafa Isik) have been using Skype Out to call 
the US toll free number (I think).  I've copied Mustafa on this as he 
can probably give details.
