[ecf-dev] ECF min. Execution Environment / API style?

What kind of EE should I target in the ECF-based version of BBAPI,
considering that the plans are to contribute it to ECF?

I have previously used Java 5 things like generics and the new for
loop, but I guess I should replace those?

For lists of things, should I go for Collection/List or arrays? Maybe
both depending on the particular case?
