[ecf-dev] Questions from conf call

Here are some questions/idears that came up that I didn't feel  
necessary to bring up in realtime but thought better to email the group:

1. Are the differences between Datashare and Datashare2 documented?   
Is Datashare2 ready for client consumption?
2. Is it expected than core model synchronization logic developed in  
Summer of Code projects will make it into core ECF code if appropriate?
3. Has anyone considered exposing ECF datashare servers and channels  
as OSGi services for consumption by other bundles?  (For example, I  
have a bundle that wants to replicate a model.  Rather that create  
ECF in my bundle, I install an ECF bundle that provides a channel  
service.  I create a channel by accessing it from the ECF  channel  
service using standard OSGi service access semantics.)
