[ecf-dev] ecf.eclipse.org back up after short rest

Hi Folks,

Over the past two days the server running the virtual server 
ecf.eclipse.org has been down so the eclipse.org admins (Denis and Matt) 
could look into some reliability problems.  This has meant that the ECF 
XMPP server and the ECF generic server running at ecf.eclipse.org have 
not been active.

Well, happily they are back up now.  So for those of you with accounts 
please feel free to use the ecf.eclipse.org jabber accounts again, 
and/or the ecftcp://ecf.eclipse.org:3282/server ECF generic server.
