Hi,

http://git.eclipse.org/c/e4/org.eclipse.e4.releng.git/ has been
updated last before 20 months. Is anyone still using it?

I would like to change the repo description to "Obsolete" or "Not used
anymore" to avoid confusion for people.

I opened https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=501783 for that.
