[e4-dev] Integration of the e4 core tools into the Mars build

With the help of David I integrated our new eclipse.platform.ui.tools repo into the Mars SDK build. See https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=459799 and related bugs.

If you want to perform a local build you have to use the same profile as for platform.ui.

mvn clean verify -Pbuild-individual-bundles

@Releng, I assume that the e4 tools should show up in the Mars Update Site after the integration build today. Please correct if I'm wrong.

@All, Olivier integrated the e4 project wizard into PDE via https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=441331

We found a small issue which is addressed via https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=463821. Once this works fine, we can remove our e4 PDE fork of the plug-in generation wizard.
