Our current build runs on build.eclipse.org as a crontab. It uses this file: http://git.eclipse.org/c/e4/org.eclipse.e4.releng.git/tree/org.eclipse.e4.builder/scripts/buildCBI.sh

Should we get a HIPP for e4?

We use the platform instance (e4 is part of the platform project). That's where the current e4 jobs are: https://hudson.eclipse.org/platform/
