[e4-dev] Eclipse4 based progress view

Hi everybody,

Wojtek has been working on factoring out an Eclipse4 based progress view [1].  He's made a lot of progress (haha...ha) and there's a WIP available at https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/21240/

org.eclipse.e4.ui.progress contains the Eclipse4 progress view, and org.eclipse.e4.ui.examples.jobs contains fragments that can contribute it to an Eclipse4 application, like the contacts demo.

It's worth those in the e4 community checking it out and commenting.  We'll hopefully have something more permanent in the eclipse.platform.ui git repo soon to ease review and comments.
