I think it is time to modernize Eclipse with a dark theme like it is already available in IntelliJ or Sublime ... this would make Eclipse again more attractive to the users again. A lot of people are a bit jealosy when they see how cool and modern IntelliJ Dark Theme looks and Eclipse still uses this old theme. Also some new Icons would be fine. I know there are several plugins wich try to solve this problem but...

But I know there is one real blocker: CSS Styling. I know menu bars and for example scrollbars a not styleable actually, are there any plans to fix it ? Is it possible to fix?

Are there any plans for a real dark theme in Eclipse?

Please think about this, this would make Eclipse Luna a real eyecatcher and attractive again for a lot of developers!!! Design is very important.
