[e4-dev] Committer application

Hi,

 

My name is Arthur Daussy and hereby I'd officially like to apply as committer on the e4 project.

 

I’m working with Christian Pontesegger on the new scripting component. I’m working for the Polarsys industrial working group (http://polarsys.org/) which is really interested for a scripting component.

I’m also a committer on the MDT Papyrus project of the Eclipse foundation.

 

As Christian have already explained, we have decided to merge EScript project and Eclipse Monkey project to build a new scripting component. You can find more information at:

For now only the _javascript_ engine will be contributed because we are waiting for IP clearance to integrate Jython interpreter into Eclipse.
