[e4-dev] Styling the shell and menubar

Managed to figure out how to style the SWT shell frame, caption area, 
and main menubar in Windows.  Next step is to enable selection of the 
background images and related style attributes through E4/CSS.

Are the E4 Wiki pages currently up to date regarding adding custom 
selectors and styleable properties (http://wiki.eclipse.org/E4/CSS)?

Is there a particular naming convention for the CSS properties I will 
need to create?  Any reason to not use "Shell" and "Menubar" as the 
primary selectors?  Or, "Frame", "Caption", and "Menubar"?
