From a quick scan, it looks like there
are a ton of old bugs relating to all aspects of e4 in that bucket - model,
CSS engine, renderer, compatibility, etc. I think you would be better off
starting with a cleaner list of tooling specific bugs and leave behind
the old bugs for historical interest.

Hi,

we now have the e4/tools bug category, thanks to John. https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=395750

I suggest that we open a bug to move the bugs from e4/ui
to e4/tools and close the e4/ui category. Is this ok for everyone? If yes,
of if I see no disagreement within the next days, I will open such a bug.
