Re: [e4-dev] Eclipse 4 talks and tutorials at EclipseCon

One thing I would like to see is a non Java renderer. My current assumption is that I would need a Java wrapper to implement that, but I might be wrong. 

I think Tom had at some point a QT Renderer, but I'm not sure.

Also it will help showing off the potential of the platform and getting feedback about it. Who knows what people come up with if they know the internals? Some other cool UI to build the renderer for? Some nice injector extension?

So basically our talk will help us too.

Sure. I think the intention is clear it is not for beginners but people who really want to exploit the platform and maybe even get committers.
