Hi,

it looks like the entry for the M7 tooling is missing in in the
section  0.12 Stream Stable Builds on the e4 tooling site:

http://download.eclipse.org/e4/downloads/

Would be great to have a fixed pointer for the update site for people
to go to for using the e4 tools in M7
