0.12 builds working after carving the SDK part out.

Hello,

it looks like the p2 update site for the Eclipse tools
is empty. 

p2 tells me that http://download.eclipse.org/e4/updates/0.12-I-builds/
empty does not contain any items.

Is this because of the failed builds in the past?
