[e4-dev] [releng] submission for 4.2 I build tests

The build contains the following changes:
+ Bug 344761 - [BIDI] WBWRenderer should look for RTL flags (REOPENED)
+ Bug 352076 - [Compatibility] Exception caused by having the 'XPath' view open prevents Ctrl+W from operating (FIXED)
+ Bug 352135 - [Compatibility] Selection listeners are not notified before part activation notifications (FIXED)
