[e4-dev] unpack failed: unpack objects abnormal exit

Hi Folks,

upon issuing

$ git push --tags origin master

(doing a push thru https)

i get the following output:

error: unpack failed: unpack-objects abnormal exit

Do you have any idea what this means? Quick google glimpse was not very helpful. (The top-rated results require registration in github :) )
