[e4-dev] Tools Bridge Feature not installable into 4.x

Hi,
I really have no idea why but the Tools Bridget Feature can not be
installed into 4.x which really makes no sense to me.
This is the error message generated by p2:

So something is messed up. When installing the feature into 3.x i really
get org.eclipse.e4.core.services 20110517 installed whereas 20110603 is
the newest feature (at least this is the one part of 4.x RC4)!
