[e4-dev] Update Tutorial on writing e4 applications

Hi,

As mentionned in todays call I've updated the tutorial document and
source to 4.1 RC3 (if the window cleanup bug gets resolved I'll remove
the mentionning from the document too).

I've attached the documents so if someone wants to take a look I'm
always happy for feedback.

Planned additions before 4.1 release:
* update based on outcome of the window clean up stuff
* additional chapter talking about our NLS-story
