[e4-dev] RC4 and committing to e4 0.11 and the 4.1 SDK [must read]

Just a reminder as per our e4 meeting last week, we're operating under tightened restrictions this week.

All commits require +1 from another committer.  The bugs should also either be listed on http://wiki.eclipse.org/Platform_UI/BugList or announced to the e4-dev@xxxxxxxxxxx mailing list.

Our goal this week is 1) stability and 2) polish.  We need to knock off bugs that are glaring differences, horrible missing functionality that we can't live without (already identified on the BugList page), and look at performance to see if we can tune anything up.
