... and please also note that my tutorial was written for 4.0 and I've
not yet had time to update it to the latest and greatest stuff ;-)
I plan to invest some spare time into it in the days to come so that the
tutorial is up-to-date with 4.1 once it is released. I don't think that
that much has changed - hopefully some of my dirty work arounds are not
needed any more.
