There seems to be a problem with this build.  The features in the 4.1 SDK build use the addons with a tag v20110513-1600 but the e4 build uses addons with a tag v20110912-2000.  This is probably related to the fact our mirror task mirrors the highest version number.  I guess we'll have to purge the repos and run another build.
