The 3.7 SDK is promotoed and EMF M5 looks
like it is up on their download page now.

I have scheduled the build to run tonight
at 20:00EST.

We will promote it on Monday if there
are no problems.

Since I haven't heard anything, the plan is to build
against the
Eclipse SDK 3.7 and EMF once they are promoted to M5.  Then we'll
give
a sniff-test, and promote our M5 early next week.
