This build is safe to use with the resolution of the keybindings problem we discovered yesterday.

The commands and bindings story has been reworked. Prior to this week's build, the reconciler recorded information that could conflict with the new startup pattern that was introduced with the new story.

With this build we do not expect there to be a keybindings problem between workspace migration but if you do see something fishy, deleting your deltas.xml file should get you back into a clean state.
