This automatically generated message signals that Boris Bokowski has
nominated Andrew Eisenberg as a Committer on the eclipse.e4 project. The
reason given is as follows:

Andrew is the lead of the AJDT project at eclipse.org as well as the lead
of the Groovy-Eclipse project at codehaus. His goal with participating in
e4 is to see if the current problems with patching or weaving JDT can be
eased by minimizing the size of the patch or the amount of weaving that
needs to be done.  There are a considerable amount of changes that would
need to be incorporated into JDT (not just core, but UI as well as debug),
which has been discussed on
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=36939 for about 7 years now. 
Andrew believes that working in e4 could help to move this forward.


The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 48 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Andrew Eisenberg must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for
a successful election.
