[e4-dev] Request a rebuild for a Mac issue, HEAD frozen

I've scheduled another build at 10:30 EDT to address "Bug 328834.
View/editor resizing slow and uneven".  People should still confirm
their work on I20101029-0251, and Eric will confirm his fix on today's
build.

HEAD is not frozen until after M3, and until we can figure out what to
do about the EMF M3.
