if there a way to see if the e4 git repos listed under http://dev.eclipse.org/git/index_http.html are uptodate with the current state of cvs?

I believe for example the changes of https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/attachment.cgi?id=174128 are not included in the git master for org.eclipse.e4.ui.workbench.swt.
