Thanks Kai. It appears that I was not patient enough, the update site takes very long in p2 to show its content and I assume the process did not work.

I could install the tooling on a clean 4.1 M2 SDK under Windows 32bit using repo

e4 0.11 IBuild Updates - http://download.eclipse.org/e4/updates/0.11-I-builds

 

But I had to check “Contacts all update sites for dependencies” since a required emf editor is NOT part of the above repo.

So the installation took a VERY long time, about 7 Minutes…

 

Could the above repo made to be self-contained?
