[e4-dev] StackRenderer changed to not auto-select another element if selected element is unrendered...

The StackRenderer had code in it that would automatically alter your MPartStack's selected element if it was the one that was being unrendered. This caused a variety of problems due in part to how the model was being compromised by the renderer.

The code has now been removed in HEAD.
