[e4-dev] Model changes in 4.1

Hi,

I've just created a summary bug which collects other model related
bugs/features we'll have to discuss.

Some of them are breaking changes to the application model, some are
not. If you have a model related feature request it would be helpful we
could collect them all in this bug.

Beside that we should work on the model bugs/features with high priority
because and fix them ASAP so we need to start discussions on immediately.
