Tom Schindl moved the e4 project wizards to org.eclipse.e4.tools in https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=308439

Will this new plugin part of the Eclipse 4.0 SDK? AFAIK the XWT plugins were not planned to be included.
