All developers please move to this build and delete your
.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.e4.workbench/deltas.xml file.  I've
updated the e4 SDK update site so it shouldn't contain the "e4"
categories, only "E4"

I'm having trouble fixing the 4.0 SDK site, but it shouldn't cause any
user problems.
