[e4-dev] 3.x RCP Application

Hi,

Do we expect to have 3.x RCP Application working in 4.0 and Compat-Layer
(assuming they don't do fancy stuff in their Advisors?).

When generating an RCP Application in 4.0RC0 and running it it fails
with an exception that the applicationXMI is missing, adding a very
minimal fails afterwards because the CommandService is not setup, ... .
