The matching 4.0 SDK build is :

Developers should test this to confirm it works as expected.

There is another build in progress: I20100618-1645, to fix

+ Bug 315290. Implement e4 minimize/maximize behavior (NEW)
+ Bug 317312. [Compatibility] Update launch config and pick Run causes
NPEs (NEW)

It's matching 4.0 SDK build will be ready in about 5 hours.  I'll post
to the list when it is ready.
