[e4-dev] Breaking model change for MToolItem...

We are considering changing MToolBar to _not_ extend
MElementContainer<MMenuElement> but to instead have a new MMenu 'menu'
reference. This should make it more explicit to someone that this
particular tool item is a drop-down tool item. It also allows the menu
itself to be reused in other blocks of code. If no one has any
objections, I'll probably make the change around noon EDT.
