[e4-dev] 4.0 end-game plan available

There is now a 4.0 end-game plan available.
This plan uses the dates we discussed in our previous call, with the exception
that RC1 is a day earlier due to a Canadian holiday on July 1. Components
remaining in the incubator will follow the same build schedule, but without
any approval or review requirements.
