There are some other useful .ui tidbits for migration.  The ones that immediately come to mind are:

* SelectAllHandler from org.eclipse.ui.workbench
* the classes in the org.eclipse.ui.cocoa fragment
* filtered tree dialog (and other useful dialogs...)

These might make sense to be pushed/copied into JFace?
